Terrence L. Morgan serves as the navigator for Adonai Counseling and Employment in King County. Raised in Seattle's central district, he pursued his education at Horse Mann Elementary School, Meany Middle School, and Garfield High School. He furthered his academic journey at Pierce Community College, earning an Associate Arts degree in Culinary Arts.
Formally a justice-involved individual, Terrence L. Morgan has transitioned into a role as a credible messenger, dedicating his life to educating and assisting justice-impacted individuals in navigating systems and preparing for reentry into the community post-incarceration. His exemplary work in motivating members of the reentry population to embark on the journey of reintegrating into society led to the development of an eight-week transitional/reentry planning curriculum, forged through partnerships. With a decade of experience in the community service sector, Terrence has diligently served individuals transitioning from various challenges, including prisons, jails, homelessness, family reunification, and domestic violence situations. He has collaborated with esteemed organizations such as the YWCA, Juvenile Justice, Department of Corrections, Greenhill High School, and Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle to address the multifaceted needs of the community. |
